MUGWORT ACUPUNTURE

Mugwort acupressure is using heat to act on acupoints to stimulate the body's response to prevent and treat disease.

Rescue often uses dried wormwood leaves to make velvet wormwood and then as bait or wormwood to do.

Classification: There are 2 types of mugwort acupressure

• Direct mugwort acupressure: wormwood is burned directly on the skin.

• Indirect mugwort acupressure: use wormwood bait to burn through pieces of ginger, garlic, or salt.

• Mugwort acupressure technique: Burn a wormwood cigarette, close to the skin, when the patient complains of heat, lift it away and then bring it closer, repeat during the time to save each acupoint.

There are 4 ways to light a wormwood cigarette:

- Save the wormwood to stay (mugwort acupressure warmth): heat it on the acupoint, about 2cm from the skin. When the patient feels hot, gradually move away, until it feels warm and comfortable, and keep the distance until the skin is red and pink (usually 1-3 minutes/point and lasts 10-15 minutes/treatment).

- Mugwort acupressure rotation: place the cigarette about 2 cm away from the skin, enough to feel warm and warm, and move in a circle from narrow to wide until the skin is red and pink, lasting about 20 minutes/treatment.

- Mugwort acupressure stork surgery: move the tip of the wormwood stick up and down on the acupoint until the patient's skin is red and burning sensation, do so many times, usually save about 1-3 minutes/point and 15-20 minutes/time treatment.

- Acupuncture: Use a needle to prick the acupoint until you gain qi, put the wormwood bait on the needle, then the doctor attaches to the needle handle a wormwood bait about 1-2 inches thick, burning until the bait is consumed by the fire.

Support the treatment of the diseases:

      - Pain relief, muscle relaxation.

      - Treatment of welding diseases such as:

o Pain and muscle contraction due to cold (acute neck curvature, acute back pain due to cold), pain due to the influence of degenerative joint disease, degenerative spine disease, etc.

o Paralysis of peripheral nerve VII due to cold, hemiplegia with cold, paralysis of limbs.

o Cold and flu type cold (cold, common cold, cold telepathy)

o Men with spermatozoa, impotence, women with menstrual disorders; Welding bedwetting.

o Hiccups, dyspepsia.

Contraindication:

- Cases of coma, high fever, dehydration, heat-related diseases, high blood pressure, perspiration, hot flashes in premenopausal women.

Note:

- Limit acupressure the face, head, lower areas with important internal organs, places where nerves and large blood vessels pass.

- For pregnant women, do not  the abdomen and waist area
